The Bounty Hunter Arc Starts Now!

The cover page is a bad quality(Due to MB limits) picture of all the districts in a "World Map".  Now let this new arc unfold. Think I can top the "Introductory Arc"? Let's wait and see. Cynthia is taken away but a monster. "Help!" she screams punching the monster in the back rapidly. The monsters throws her on the ground and gets on top of Cynthia. "I like the shy ones" he says disgustingly. As the monsters leans in to lick Cynthia's neck the monster is shot and killed. "Aye a One shot kill!" the savior says. Out of the brightsun from the tree comes Pudd. "Hey babe" Pudd as he picks up Cynthia. "Let's get married" he states confidently pointing up in the sky. "Our wedding will pierce the heavens!". Cynthia wakes up in her bed with zero emotion. "Another dream. *Sigh*.  I should get dressed. I need to tell Neyia the news. Damai in jail, Pudd is no where, and I'm going to some Government school. Next thing you know Tsuki will appear at my doorstep." Cynthia as she non nonchalantly talk to herself.  

Neiya is on the outside stair case looking at in the distant. She holds up two pictures of Damai. The one on the left is a picture of Damai in his dress. The one on the right is from his school I.D. "Why do I have these still? " she says throwing the pictures out into the street. Nate comes onto the staircase in an angry pissed off face. "Why the hell are you so despondent!? Every since that damn day you've gone here every morning. What you feel bad?" Nate unpleasantly speaks. Nate turns and go upstairs into his hoomroom. "Girls are so stupid. I should become gay." Nate sarcastically talks as he walks. "Whatever" Neiya as she walks downstairs outside to the Cafe. She walks and have a seat in front of Cynthia. "Why are sitting alone?" Neiya ask. "I....I'm...I'm a bit shy." Cynthia softly speaks. "Is this about Pudd?" Neiya as she raises her voice. "It....it's just I had another dream about him." Cynthia nervously say. Neiya slaps Cynthia across her face leaving a mark on her face. "Stop being stupid. You didn't even like Pudd. He was your rebound because Tsuki died. You would't give two damns about Pudd had Tsuki never died now would you?" Neiya yells. As Cynthia turns around slowly and visibly getting slightly angry with Neiya. Neiya screams "That night you told me when he kissed you. That was only to make you feel better. Pudd's not only a former R.H.G. member but he doesn't feel affection! As depressed you always get it's no wonder Tskui left. Maybe he would still be alive if you actually showed you confidence for once". Cynthia slaps Neiya which causes her to fall. "I'm glad I'm leaving! Maybe I'll die too! Then I would't have to put up with you nonsense!" Cynthia screams as she runs out the school.

Neiya gets up with blood dripping from her lips. "She's...leaving? Cynthia wait!" Neiya runs after Cynthia. Looking left and right she can't find her. "Shit she runs fast." Neiya thinks to herself. Looking both directions again she is shot at with two bullets. CRACK! POP! The sounds of the bullets make. Neiya dodges both of the bullets barely. "What the hell!?" Neiya states. "Looking for her right?" A tall, black, bald, one eyed, and muscular guy loudly yells. Neiya inspect the guy.  "A scar on his right eye? A X scar on his chest? This guy been in some fights". The man throws Cynthia onto the ground. "Cynthia!" Neiya screams as she runs to grab her. Before she can grab Cynthia the man runs towards Neiya at full speed and knees Neiya in her stomach and throws her. Sending her flying into the school wall. "You better worry about yourself before some pretty girl.".  The Man whistles signaling another person. "Birusu! I caught one!". Birusu comes up from the sewer. Birusu has the appearance of robot arms, lab coat(Button up), bowl-cut hair, a scouter on his right eye, skinny ragged jeans, and boots. "Kyojin. Nice job capturing the masked girl". Birusu sadistically says. Nate is seen looking at the window smiling as the students outside are panicking and the cars stop in awe.

Random Student: Where's the police!?
Random driver:  Those poor girls!

A truck drivers speeds through the traffic making the cars crash into the buildings. "Outta the damn way! I'm late to work damn it!". The Truck driver looks out the window and see Birusu and Kyojin out in the street smiling. "MOVE OUT OF THE DAMN WAY! I'll run y'all asses over, yes I will!". The Truck driver speeds up and is approaching the duo. As it seems the Truck is approaching closer and closer to the duo. It seems as if time slowed down. Kyojin laughs.  Birusu robotic arms stretches out in front of the truck and a huge orange fire-like blast comes out from his hand causing the Truck driver along with everyone his direction to obliterate. The duo smiled sadistically. Neiya shakes herself off from the wall and looks over to the left in awe. Neiya viewpoint shows Skeletons and Ashes. Neiya looks up at her adversaries. "Who the hell are you two?" Neiya screams.  Birusu closes his arms and smile. "Don't worry we're not R.H.G. No. We're here to collect the Worldwide Bounties. We're watched and studied you, Project P, and that dress boy Damai. We was even at the party!". Neiya curious ask "Worldwide bounty?". Birusu laughs. "This district is so naive! You're 1/4th of the Amazing Four bounty set by R.H.G and the Unknown." Kyojin cracks his knuckles. "Looks like you're overrated. How are you worth over 500,000$(District 3 is the only one who doesn't use dollars)?". Neiya spits blood and gets into her fighting pose. "And what does Cynthia got to do with this.".  Birusu points her Neiya. "She's your best friend. She can be worth something. I'm not talking about money either". Neiya eyes become big and sharp and charges at the duo. "You take that back!" she screams running towards the duo. Kyojin charges towards Neiya and dodges a punch. Kyojin punches Neiya in the stomach causing her to spit blood up and lifts her up into the air with his fist. Kyojin  uses his other arm to throw her in the air as she falls Kyojin kicks her in her mouth and spins kick her into a destroyed car. The school crowd is running towards Neiya to help her.

SchoolGirl: Neiya! We're coming!
School Boy: WHAT's wrong with you two!
Teacher: No students you should leave the school ASAP.

Birusu places his left hand onto his right shoulder and from his right hand, Birusu shoots out machine gun type bullets and murders the students. Nate watches on from the homeroom class window. "Not Bad" Nate thinks to himself as he's eating popcorn. Neiya is seen trying to get up. Kyojin turns around and inform Birusu. "Hey this girl won't stay down. Anymore and she'll die.". Birusu  takes his attention to Neiya. "Who told her to get up?" Birusu jokely laughs. Birusu's scouter begins to speak. "Weapon change. New Weapon. Spiked Ring Capture." the scouter speaks. "She's worth more alive than dead. Though she should't even be worth much. Maybe by district 3's standers but not by District 6. She's not worthy of her price.". Birusu tells Kyojin. Neiya thinks to herself "Shit. I need my weapons and my masked attire.". Birusu does a similar procedure as before and shoots Neiya with the Spiked Ring. "Stay attached to the car." Birusu laughs. The Spikes attaches to Neiya and expands around the car. This causes Neiya to bleed from her arm and legs. "You must not know much about the military. The more you struggle the sharper the spikes becomes." Birusu laughs without mercy. Kyojin puts his foot onto Cynthia's head.  "What about the girl? Kill her or sell her for sex?" Kyojin ask. Birusu smiles. "I don't care hahahhahahahah".  Kyojin raises his foot into the air. "Death it is.". As his foot lowers he's pushed back by spear that breaks on his chest.
"What the hell? Some punk ass sneak attack?" Kyojin yells. Birusu scouter beeps off. "Target Found! New Target Found!" the scouter says. Birusu turns to the direction of which the spear came from and looks around. "Where?!" Birusu questions the scouter.  "Behind partner! Behind partner!" the scouter beeps. Birusu looks behind Kyojin and smiles. "Hey Kyojin. Look who showing his face." Birusu tells his partner. Kyojin turns around and gets a big smile on his face. A boy with serious look on his face, spiked up brown hair that growed down his neck, black shirt, and gray gloves appears. "Project P. This should be fun"  Kyojin evilly says with a sick smile on his face.
