Everything on the Website except for all of the Member Submissions and includes, without limitation, the software, text, graphics, photographs, sounds, music, videos, interactive Content and the trade marks, service marks, confidential information and logos contained therein

Any posts, answers or comments made by a User in relation to a Member Submission.

Personal account
In order to access some features of the Website, you will have to register and become a member by providing accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for your member account and any activity on it, and must keep your username and password secure. As soon as you become aware of any unauthorised use of your member account or password, you must notify us at contact@qfeast.com immediately. Qfeast will not be liable for any losses caused by any unauthorised use of your member account.
Qfeast reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject, refuse to post or remove any posting (including private messages) by you, or to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of the Services at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice, and without liability.

Member Submissions
You are solely responsible for your Member Submissions. Qfeast will not have any ownership rights in any of the Member Submissions (whether in whole or in part) posted on the Website. Provided you adhere to the terms of this Agreement, you are free to use your Member Submission after you have posted it on the Website at your discretion.

By posting any Member Submission on the Website or through the Services, you hereby grant Qfeast a non-exclusive, fully paid, worldwide, transferable, sublicensable and royalty free licence to use, edit, modify, translate, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, exhibit and distribute or otherwise make available an unlimited number of times such Member Submissions and adaptations thereof on and through any media formats now known or developed in the future and any media channels (including, without limitation, the Services) and allow us to use the Member Submission for any purpose whatsoever (including, without limitation, promoting and redistributing part or all of the Website, the Services and Qfeast in general).
You also hereby grant each User a non-exclusive licence to access your Member Submissions through the Website and to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare adaptations of, display and perform such Member Submissions as permitted through the functionality of the Website and under the terms of this Agreement.

Submissions
You agree that any materials, including but not limited to quizzes, stories, questions, polls, pages, posts, comments, ideas or other information, provided by you in the form of email or submissions to Qfeast, or postings on this Site, are non-confidential (subject to our Privacy Policy). We shall own exclusive rights, including all intellectual property rights, and shall be entitled to the unrestricted use of these materials for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, without acknowledgment or compensation to you. The submission of any materials to Qfeast, including the posting of votes or materials to any poll, forum or interactive area, irrevocably waives any and all "moral rights" in such materials, including the rights of paternity and integrity. You further agree that you will not disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer or otherwise modify the Content. Any unauthorized or prohibited use may subject the offender to civil liability and criminal prosecution under applicable federal and state laws.

Proprietary Rights and Copyright
All Site software, text, information, data, databases, images, photographs, illustrations, audi and video clips, artwork, graphic material, or other copyrightable elements, the selection and arrangements thereof, and other content (collectively, the "Content") are the property of Qfeast and/or its subsidiaries, affiliates, assigns, licensors or other respective owners and are protected, without limitation, pursuant to U.S. and foreign copyright and trademark laws.
All elements of Content on this Site are Copyright Qfeast. No copyrighted material or other Content may be reproduced, modified, used to create derivative works, displayed, performed, published, distributed, disseminated, broadcasted or circulated to any third party (including, without limitation, the display and distribution of the Content via a third party website or other networked computer environment) in ways other than those expressly enabled by Qfeast without the express prior written consent of Qfeast. Use of Qfeast and/or its licensors' Content is only permitted with their express written permission.

Breaches of the Prohibited Content Policy
Your Member Submission must not contain Prohibited Content.
It is a condition of this Agreement that a User will not breach the Prohibited Content policy set out at Prohibited Content Policy
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who, in our opinion, is in breach of this Agreement, and in particular, provides Prohibited Content. Such action includes, but is not limited to, reporting the Prohibited Content and your details to the appropriate law enforcement agencies, removing the Prohibited Content from the Website and suspending or terminating your membership.

Term
This Agreement remains in full force and effect while you are using the Services or are a Member. You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason, by following the instructions on FAQ. Qfeast may suspend or terminate your membership at any time, without warning.

Viruses, hacking and other offences
You must not misuse the Website by knowingly introducing viruses, Trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, the server on which the Website is stored or any server, computer or database connected to the Website. You must not attack the Website via a denial of service attack or a distributed denial of service attack.
We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial of service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may be transmitted to or through the Website or that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of the Website or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.

Our liability
The material displayed on our site is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy. We are not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by any user in connection with our site or in connection with the use, inability to use, or results of the use of our site, any websites linked to it and any materials posted on it, including, without limitation any liability for:

We are not responsible for any delay or failure in removing such content. If you post content that we choose to remove, you hereby consent to such removal, and consent to waive any claim against us.

You must respect the below guidelines and rules while publishing any of the following items: personality quizzes, scored quizzes, stories, questions, polls, page.
Tips for writing a personality quiz:
- Choose a catchy and intelligent title, description and image for your quiz! These are the first things that the visitors evaluate
- Remember: A good personality quiz usually has more than 10 questions
- Tell your friends about your quiz. Share it on as many social networks, blogs or websites as you can. Doing so, your quiz will have a lot more responses, and it will earn a higher rank in Qfeast tops
- Choose wisely the quiz topic and personalities so the users don't fill insulted or inferior in any way. For example a quiz like "Are you smart or dumb?" would be a very bad idea
- Do some research first. Before publishing any quiz on Qfeast, learn about the respective topic
- Read and follow the below rules:
