Do your nails with nail polish or give them with olive oil, both have bad taste and you won't bite your nails. As for playing with your hair I confess that I played with my hair too when I was little. I wean with time.

Paint your nails! 1 it will make them pretty and 2 it has a bad taste so it makes you stop! That's what I do that is

If it is biting nails, use duct tape, picking nose, use duct tape, twirling hair, wear mittens

Try to go some distance without doing it. Let's say a day. Than once that's successful extend it to let's say a week and just keep going until you break it. That's how I got over my teething habit.

Usually it depends on the habit. Some habits have special items that can help break them. Like chewing your fingernails for example. There's a special bad tasting polish you can buy to put on your nails so you'll stop chewing them! If the habit is very bad try to get help. Also, if your bad habit was cracking your knuckles for example, do what I do and go "cold turkey", which means stop completely instead of gruadually stopping over time. Yeah, it's really hard though!!

Well when it comes to biting nails- Never experienced it though I would agree with Dedeea...there should be a way to distract you... LOL this is really random but... You could always wear mittens or gloves and then you won't be able to bite em.
Then playing with hair- do you mean your hair or someone else's hair?
Beauty784
Oh well you can tie your hair then you won't b able to play with it. Or make it in those hairstyles that ballerinas wear.
