How do you control your dreams?
I've always wanted to be able to do this cos it's cool :D and you can do anything in a dream(die, jump off a cliff, fly, breathe underwater....hundreds of impossible things) also I have really disturbing dreams sometimes and I'd want to be able to control them :( it was worse when I was younger but occasionally I get a scary one now

It's called Lucid dreaming. You can lucid dream by thinking about it a lot before bed and watching videos about it.

Okay, I am one of those dreamers that can control the way a dream goes and what happens but I have no idea how one can obtain the ability to do it. Sorry.
But from what I understand there are different types of dreamers, ones like me who can change things as they go, ones who are in complete control and weave a dream tale, and ones who just have dreams but are unable to control them.(There may be a few more that I don't know about)
And when you dream its actually the brain trying See More▼ to sort reality form fiction, so its not such a bad thing to have a nightmare because the brain's figuring out if its real or not.

Its wierd how your examples are - die or jump off a cliff.... Cos that's realy what I what to dream about

actually i hav those dreams too... mine are maybe worse cause i end up waking up and do weird stuff etc.. actually these nightmares happen when i am not close enough to God and end up not respecting the praying hours etc.. as for dreams, i cant control them yet! dreams n nightmares work against me every time!
