Do you believe in our lord?
Lots of atheist say there is no scientific evidence that there is a god. But to tell you when Jesus died and resurrected he took his whole body to heaven. And god doesn't let us see him cause people have already seen him and he wanted people to believe in him without him doing anything to see how it goes. God has a plan and he gave us free will that's why we have suffering. Ever wanted to write your own story and create your own world? That's the same thing with god. But I wanted to know, do you believe in our lord.

Nope. Guess why? I'm logical. Yup. I have logic. And I'm also smart. And I know that I don't need a magical ghost to tell me what's right and wrong. I can figure out ethics by myself.
To be considered a god, something must be omnipotent. That means they're able to do ANYTHING.
So, can god make a rock so heavy he can't lift it?
If he can't, then he can't MAKE the rock, so he is not omnipotent.
If he can, then he can't LIFT the rock, so he is not omnipotent.

This is what we're brought up with and if you call us dumb or gullible without knowing anything about us you're being rather judgemental of an entire religion.
Maybe it was what you were brought up with, but that doesn't mean you're forced to believe in it. You have a freedom of religion. And I'm sorry that I was rude and offensive. I am very passionate about certain subjects.

Also, I DO know things about Christians. For example, they believe in a god. Using that evidence, I gathered facts about what the requirements are for being a god. Then, I used those facts to prove that there is simply no god, nor will there ever be a god. However, you can continue believing what you want. Just know that you are defying logic and science. Science has been proven many times. Evolution has been proven, also. Just know that you are going against what has been continuously proven.

I have logic. I also am not gullible. Oh, and I trust the many scientists who have proved the bible wrong. Also, I have a lot of brains.

I understand your point but you didn't have to say that we are gullible for not believing and I get the big bang theory and what you said up there but still.

You are a bit gullible, though. There are scientists who prove evolution and the Big Bang, and then there's an ancient book that says, "Hey! Look! Ignore the scientists! There's a god in the sky who made everything!" And you choose the ancient book.
