how do I deal with my broken heart?

So I asked this girl out and she said she would think about it. Then after 24 hour,s she said she likes me but she doesn't think she's ready for a relationship. After I read it I busted in tears. It was the first time I really cried over a girl. And I'm still crying and now I have a headache.

I just want to know how do I deal with a broken heart. I've never felt this way before.

Try not to think about it. Do you have a pet? Cuddle/play with it (unless it's a fish x3)
