Actually, when I saw a Stepmania video with this song, I was able to figure out they were talking about Mangle/Toy Foxy. Mangle is a girl, but obviously Sayonara Maxwell knew that Mangle is a female Toy Foxy. So he put "Foxy's baring her sharp teeth" to leave the listeners guessing who he meant.
