Secret Avatar

This is that Avatar story I polled about. I don't care what people are gonna say, and I'm gonna post it anyway. BTW I wrote this when I was younger but edited it and added to it recently. Hope you like it! :D

Chapter 3.

Inquisition

Holly and Layla’s father was a waterbender and their mother was an earthbender. Layla took after her mother and Holly was more like her father.
Seeing Yohon was resisting, Holly waterbended a sphere of ice around him. She positioned five newly freed guards around him and ran to join Rosa with the others in the fray. Turning to Rosa, Holly explained, “Yohon was proving to be troublesome so I entrapped him in ice. He won’t be causing any more problems until the battle is over and he’s back where he belongs—in prison.”
“I agree, nice work. I think we should gather our forces here, send a message to our fellow earthbenders, and prepare for a dual strike on the lieutenant's elite. If we can capture the lieutenant, I think we might have a chance at liberating our town from the Fire Nation altogether. Do you agree?”
“Yes, it is an excellent plan. While we are waiting for our reinforcements to arrive, would you like to question the prisoner?”
“That would be great, thank you. I would like you in the room as well, if you don’t mind.”
“Fine by me, Commander,” Holly replied. She bowed and stalked off into the room with the frozen Fire Nation commander.
By the time Rosa arrived in the room, Yohon’s head was unfrozen and he was glaring at Holly. “Well I can see you two are already warmed up to each other.”
Yohon looked at her when she came in. “What do you want with me?”
“I want nothing more than to leave you here to rot. That would not be such a great life for you, however. You would not last for more than a week without water. Also, I am sure after a while in isolation you will begin to miss your family, at least a little. I can arrange a better life for you if you cooperate with us. I’ll give you five minutes to decide.” Without another word, Rosa stalked out of the room.
“That was harsh,” Holly commented once they were out of the prisoner’s range of hearing. “But I think he deserved it.”
“I agree,” Rosa replied, and then asked, “So, did we capture any other Fire Nation soldiers in that battle?”
“I don’t think so, Rosa, but I’ll check to make sure.” Holly left Rosa standing in the hallway, but returned shortly after. “ I checked, and there were originally some guards that we had captured, but they escaped. However, we did manage to capture that traitor Lilly. She is in a cell at the end of the hall if you wish to speak with her.”
“No, I don’t think that it would be necessary for me to speak with her, Holly. Besides, Yohon’s time is almost up. He should have made up his mind by now.” With that, Rosa slammed the door open and walked into Yohon’s cell with a spring in her step. “Time’s up, Yohon. Make your choice.”
Yohon glared at her as she walked into the small, cramped cell. “I will never cooperate with you,” he replied tenaciously.
“And yet, you did earlier, when it best suit you,” Rosa responded sarcastically. “Fine then, I will leave you here to rot.” She turned to leave, and seeing no change in his decision, left the cell.
Outside the cell once more, Rosa beckoned Holly over to her, and proposed a plan. Once they agreed, the earthbenders that were released from the Fire Nation prison started to dig a tunnel from the Fire Nation prison to the earthbenders’ underground one. While the earthbenders did that, Rosa and Holly changed into Fire Nation disguises and left the prison.
The twosome walked briskly to the lieutenant’s tent, where the guards gave them no trouble. Holly stayed outside the tent so she could make sure the guards didn’t cause any mischief.
Rosa walked into the tent alone. “Hello, Lieutenant Luke. I hope this goes better than the last time we met.” The lieutenant backed away from her nervously.
“What have you done to the Commander?” He asked frightfully, as she drew closer to him.
“I didn’t do anything to him,” she replied honestly. “But I can’t say the same for my guards. Some of them were getting pretty angry at him, and while I’m away I cannot guarantee his safety. If you really care about your Commander’s safety you will come to your former prison at midday tomorrow, and you will come alone.” With that, she turned on her heels and left the tent. Rosa then met up with Holly and the twosome rejoined the other Earthbenders.
“Do you think he’ll come?” Holly asked the next day. “It is nearly midday.” But just as she finished speaking, Luke arrived.

Pretty good! Not the best story I've ever read, but you did make it at a young age. My age apparently. But I really like it!
