Crimson the hedgehog

Chapter 2: Dusk..

I woke up in the morning and changed out of my black nightie.I turned to the mirror and brushed my hair,grabbing a black lackey I tied up my black hair into a ponytail.After getting dressed,brushing my teeth and more I went downstairs.I saw Alexis,Sapphire,Gina,Rose and the others.I grabbed the plates,put two waffles on each and handed them off before taking my seat.Everyone,including me dug into their meal faster then you could say Hello. We all finished and put the plates on the kitchen bench before Alexis turned on the news.Just boring weather again but then something caught my eye. They were talking about a hedgehog by the alias Auralis. The hedgehog looked exactly like Dusk except that the eyes were a indigo not violet. I sighed and turned around but then heard something about working for Egghead."I..need to go" I said before running outside and then heading towards the lake again.

Just as I presumed there, sitting under a tree was Dusk.I hid behind a tree a few meters away and felt someone tap my shoulder.I whipped around, a fireball in hand, only to see Alexis.She looked pass my shoulder and saw Dusk."Is that your brother?" She asked me quietly. I nodded and walked towards him slowly.Dusk didn't hear me yet.His left ear twitched and as I was right behind me, he stood up and turned to face me.

"Dusk!!" I shouted hugging him but something was wrong.Dusk moved back and looked at me." Crimson, I see you have found me.Hmph.Well anyways whose the guest?" Dusk replied, his voice void of any emotion or expression.He pointed at Alexis and suddenly she was floating above the ground in front of him in a dark indigo glow."Let her go! She's a friend and her names Alexis!" I replied somewhat angry at my brothers sudden action. He just smirked. " As you wish" He replied and suddenly letting go of Alexis whilst still in the air.Alexis managed to float to the ground and growled at him.I looked at Dusk with annoyance.

" WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU DUSK?!?. YOUR ACTING LIKE A JERK!" I yelled before running off but being stopped by him again."Huh?, Dusk let me go" I said looking at him. "You and i never should of met again  Crimson" Dusk said with that same voice from before except there was a hint of..anger? Or was it sadness?.I couldn't tell.Suddenly I was dropped to the ground and saw him growl before he grabbed Alexis and used the special technique our mother had taught us when we were younger. It made people black out for a few minutes.I saw Alexis faint and Dusk drop her before he walked over to me.The next thing I saw was the ground and I was out cold.

When I woke up the sky was dark. I remembered what just happened and held back tears.I looked towards where Alexis was and teleported her and myself back.Everyone looked at us as soon as we returned with surprise. I let go of Alexis on the couch and walked back a bit.We looked at her worried but then she woke up."Alexis!!" Shadow shouted and gave her a hug.He remembered that everyone else was there and he slowly walked away and then broke down into a jog to his room with a major blush.Everyone else started laughing but then I remembered the news.I fake coughed and waited for everyones attention. "Dusk has changed, not just in looks but with his personality too.He is cold hearted and his eyes are indigo.His power has increased and he is cruel.I am worried that Eggman might have done something to my brother"I stated.

Everyone looked at me trying to figure out what to do.I looked back with a new determination."We need to somehow fix whatever Eggman has done.." I said since no one thought of anything yet.With that said I walked to my room.I don't know what Eggman did, I don't know how long Dusk has been like this.i just hope he doesn't become like that permanently..
