Would you rather be deaf or blind?
This is a really hard question I don't know myself...l don't know probably blind cos I wouldn't be able to cope with not hearing or playing music again but then I don't know cos I love art too and I wouldn't be able to see...

I would rather be deaf.Its hard..I love to listen to music and I play the piano so I wouldn't know what it sounds like but I would be able to see and read.

deaf, seeing is the sense we most rely on, and PLUS as for music, (if u were beethoven or something, u would be able to hear it in ur head! :)

i'm legally deaf, and even though i was at completely 100% hearing last year, i don't think i would go back. deaf culture is so fulfilling and sign language is a beautiful language. yes i can't listen to music anymore and i can't hear people's voices but there's more to life ya know? being deaf isn't so bad

Deaf because I rely more on my eyes than my ears. Also..... They are making a solution to deafness so i could get it fixed. Sorry to use the loophole but it was right there.
hearing aids don't fix your hearing. half the time it sounds like you are hearing things underwater and it gives you a huge headache. a lot of deaf people prefer not to use them. they are making a mechanical helper for blind people though! the two men who received the implant can now see faint shapes and outlines, and scientists project their sight will get better See More▼ with time

Blind. If I was deaf I wouldn't be able to listen to music. I couldn't hear voices so I couldn't talk. I couldn't sing.

Deaf or blind... That's a hard choice. I guess blind, because I could hear music, hear other people, and not have to learn sign language. I could hear funny moments, sad moments, happy moments, and so on and so forth. Being blind would probably help me get through school better. Someone could help me walk to different places, but I could hear the teacher talk and still learn. I think being blind would give me a bigger imagination, but it would prevent me from reading, writing, See More▼ drawing, and things I have to see. So, still a hard choice. I still choose being blind even though it has it's ups and downs.
