There are seven frogs on a log. One of them decides to jump off the log. How many frogs are on the log at this moment?

The frog 'decides' to jump of the log. That does not necessarily mean it has jumped off the log. Maybe all the other frogs held it down so it couldn't jump off the log, or something.
