Earth Dragon Slayer
2 years after Dandi took me in, she started training me with magic (I was 7). She taught me two different types of magic but for the same element. Earth Manipulation and a magic called Earth Dragon Slayer magic. This always confused me. Why would a dragon teach a human how to slay it's own kind? I was pretty strong with my Earth Manipulation magic as it is quite basic. Manipulating the earth to make defenses like shields, walls and all that kind of stuff. Earth Dragon Slayer magic was a bit harder though. There were a lot of spells to remember but Dandi did her best and helped me through it.I had just come back from hunting, thats another thing mum taught me, basic surviving skills, and was creating a fire to cook the meat with when mum walked over.
"My dear Hikari, I would like to teach you three new spells today. I think you are ready for them."
"But mum, I can barely put a dent in a tree..." This was true. My Solid Punch of the Earth Dragon was incredibly weak and I couldn't even put a dent in a piece if wood.
"Thats okay. These aren't attacking spells. These are to help you in battle. Im going to teach you how to create wings so you can fly, change your skin into scales to improve your speed and one if the most difficult spells is Mother Nature Healing magic" Dandi smiled at me and I stared back at her shocked. She was going to teach me how to fly?! I've been up in the air before but that was riding on mums back. "Now, get some energy into you child. We need to start training as quickly as possible"

By the end of the day, I had learnt two of the three spells and I had majorly improved my Dragon Slaying magic. I could tell mum was impressed with me as she went hunting tonight. Usually, I have to every night but this time mum offered as a reward for my efforts.
Whilst waiting for mum to come back, I decided to focus on getting my Dragon Slaying magic even stronger and so, I stood in the middle of the clearing and focused all my magic energy, just like Dandi had taught me.
"Earth Dragon... ROAR!" My dark green breath attack shot towards a group of trees and for the first time, I was able to create a hole in the scenery. Maybe that was the trick, to concentrate as hard as I could before I attacked. Before, I had just been attacking but mow that I really focused, my attack was a lot stronger. I was brought out of my train of thoughts by Dandi giggling softly.
"Well, Well, Well, what do we have here? That must've been your most powerful yet. Well done my child. I am very proud of you. Now come, eat and tomorrow we shall train even harder."
"Thanks mum. I just can't seem to master the Mother Nature healing spell though..."
"You will in time. That is a difficult spell. It will take a while but if you persevere at it, you will get th3 hang of it."
"I know. I know. Now lets eat! Im starving!"
