My heart is pounding. I'm in my room, lying on my bed, staring at the ceiling. Boys are so... I don't know. I can't believe I got into a love triangle! My phone rings and I pick up. Here's the conversation.Me: H'lo?
???: Hey, Kathy! It's me Aaronn!
Me:How did y-you get my number?
Aaronn: Elliana (Ellie) gave it to me.
Me: O-oh. What's up?
Aaronn: I was wondering if you... wanna go on a date?
Me: Wh-what!?
Aaronn: Date! Me. You. At the cafe near the park?
Me: S-sure, I-i guess...
Aaronn: Great! How bout at 1 pm tommorow?
Me: Okay! I-i'll be there!
Aaronn: Cool! See ya later!
Me: B-bye.
Aaronn: Oh! And Kathy?
Me: Hm?
Aaronn: I love you.
Me: D-don't say that, it's embarrassing!
Aaronn: Okay, bye.
Me: Bye.
Stop beating so fast, heart! Well, I guess I have a date with Aaronn... Okay, it's just a casual date... so I should wear something casual and laid back. I grab a pair of jeans and a gentle pink shirt. Wait... WHAT AM I DOING!? A FREAKING DATE? WITH AARONN!? This is too much for my heart!
*timeskip to tomorrow*
"I'll be back soon! Bye, Mom!" I yell as I exit my home.
I walk down the road to the café mentioned last night. My legs feel like jelly and my stomach has butterflies... This is normal, r-right? I sigh as I enter the café. I look around to see Aaronn hasn't artived yet. I look a my watch and see it five after 1. I take a seat by a window. I stare at the beautiful day outside. How wonderful it is!
Aaronn's POV~
I walk down the street to the café. Man, this is the best day of my life! Just when I'm about to enter, I see Kathyrine staring at nothing. I blush, her face is too cute for her own good! I walk in and take a seat with Kathyrine. Her face shows thoughtfulness and joy. It makes her... The prettiest girl ever. I clear my throat and she snaps back into reality. She stares at me with a surprised expression. Which is also, very cute.
"Ah. Hi, Aaronn. How long were you there?" She says, her cheeks slightly pink.
"Not long. Want anything?" I reply.
"Um... n-no thanks."
Her face blazes into a deep crimson. She shakes her head, side to side. I laugh, she's so innocent, it hurts! I order us a hot cocoa and a cookie. Our waitress comes back. What she says is embarrassing...
"Aww, you two are a cute couple!" She says happily.
"W-wah. N-n-n-no, we're only friends!" Kathyrine denies.
"Ah, your so mean Kathy." I tease.
"Z-zip it, zippy."
After drinking cocoa and eating cookies, I take her to a nearby park. And see a certain rival. I turn around and hug Kathy close. She flails her arms around. Eventually her arms go around me. She's so cute.
Kathy's POV~
He's hugging meeeee! I feel like I'm gonna die! He just did it outta no where! It's embarrassing! I hear an oddly familiar voice.
"Well, if it isn't Aaronn." It says in a taunting manner.
"What's up, Mich." Aaronn responds also very tauntingly.
"I thought you eyes were on Kathyrine. Not some other girl."
"I hate to ruin you conversation, but I would rather breathe!" I say dying of oxygen lack.
"Sorry, Kathy." Aaronn says, releasing me.
"You big meanie. I could've died due to lack of oxygen!"
"What're you two doing here anyway?" Mich asks us.
"She agreed to bang out with me today. What's wrong, JEALOUS?" Aaronn says.
"A little, but I'll take her with me."
He grabs my hand, making me blush. He pulls me away from Aaronn. My legs are having a bit of trouble keeping up. My arm hurts a bit. He stops and looks at me. My heart aches. His face is filled with pain and betrayal. But, why? I reach my hand to his cheek. He flinches at the contact. I know I'm a blushing mess right now. I gently put my lips on his.
