What am I describing?

Chapter 3

I'm liked by a lot of people. When you're bored, I'll give you problems to solve. You wouldn't solve them without the help of my handy hints, though. When you're done, it looks confusing - a jumble of words. If you answer just one thing wrong, it messes up a lot!
I can usually tell you the answers, though.
Sometimes, I'm easy to work with; sometimes, I'm difficult to work with. Old people sometimes enjoy me. Chances are, if you try to solve some of my problems, you'll make at least one mistake.

With me, anything is possible. In fact, with just some of me, you can get all of me. Without me, the world would be a terrible place.
I like working with CONES - they help you with me!
Sadly, some people never get to experience me, even though I'm all around them. And others experience some of me, but it's all mixed-up for them.
