The Guardian of Infants

Her Friends

Yuuki and Yuri looked at the fireworks from the sky and smiled at each other.  
"Thanks Yuuki..." Yuri gave Yuuki a bright smile " I don't think I would see them if it weren't you..I mean I would have been dead..." He said
Yuuki held his hand  "don't say such things.."
"no I'm really very grateful for you. I wish you will always stay here..or at least the time go real slow.."
"You are so tiny but speak like such a big guy now ..let's forget about all this.." she smiled and grabbed his hand "Let's see the festival" she said
They flew above the tents & decorations. "so pretty" she looked at the festivity & the crowd
"Shiro & Ai" she pointed at her friends who were with her in the tour
"I miss them so much" she cried
She placed Yuri on a bench & flew towards them "My friends!!"
They were laughing & talking happily.
"They are normal..like always..they don't miss me" Yuuki muttered disappointedly
"Yuuki!!You idiot ..don't leave me here" Yuri shouted

"Look at those fishes..Yuri used to like them so much" Ai said
"Uhh come on don't talk about her..please ..I want to enjoy this day not talk about any dead people . Uhh so boring " shiro moaned
"Right that girl was just nuisance . She deserved all those burns. We don't have any idiot gaining all the attention anymore" Ai cackled
"Thank me ,okay. It was all my plan to leave her alone in the woods. She is so foolish to hang out with her own enemies. Poor thing" Shiro laughed hard

Yuuki stood there all confused. Those were the same people who smiled, played, talked & had fun with her. They were the same people who she used to care about a lot. They were the same people whom she called as her friends. But not anymore

Yuuki held her tears & her pleasant eyes turned into evil like . "the kind soul of mine has vanished..dear friends " she Pulled out a knife from a restaurant & was about to attack them but her hand has stopped half way.
She turned back threw the knife away & ran to Yuri & hugged him tight "Yuri..." She cried . Yuri looked at her with concern & care & asked her "Why are you crying,Yuuki,what's the matter"
"the people who called me as a friend betrayed me in the past.i am gone because of those tricky witches..now they are laughing and talking all bad about me.." she stammered

"Calm down..I understand..I guess ..that's what happened to me in the past..I clearly don't remember but I think in my past life.. but never give attention to them.. Even kind & caring people have enemies..don't worry..." He kept his tiny little hand on her face and rubbed her tears
"don't spoil your lovely blue eyes.."

They flew  back to their small little home.
