The Guardian of Infants

"it's been a month and I am babysitting this irritating kid on the river side.. just great" Yuuki muttered
"don't worry mommy, I am sure you will finish your task soon" he said
"Who are you calling mommy? I am guardian. that's all. I am not married you know?"
"Okay mommy"
"stop it baby"
"don't call me that"
"so what do I call you..wait..i haven't named you anything..let's give you a name.. what say lord Suu.?"

The bright light appeared from the sky . " Whatever. It may not be the same name he'll use in future anyway so you can name his whatever you like.."


"hmm..i found you in the jungle..so how about mowgli?"
"no"
"Then grassy?
"NO"
Then.. Green? Slime? Ah I know.. Leafy"
"I am not a pet.."
"you are such a fussy kid" Yuuki laughed. The Baby glared at her . "Why aren't you like other babies..you show a lot of emotions"
"I don't know ..maybe you can see it.." he said looking away
"You really look so cute if you were of my age i'd definetly ask you out"
Yuuki grinned
"huh..who cares" he blushed

"So what happened to you..you never told me about your tragedy .."
He asked Yuki
"Ah that it's just those villagers..i was on my camp..I was asleep. by the time i woke up i found few people dancing around me..i was tied to some piece of log..They attached me so hard that i was bleeding..i guess they drew pins to prevent me from running..hehe..I-i know whatyou'll say that im such a fool to do that and i deserved the -"
" Stop it..Dont say anything" he covered her mouth
Yuuki gave him a broad smile. she could see his eyes getting watery. "You are such a kind person.." she said

"Not really..." he said looking at sunset reflection on the  big surface of glittery river
"This place is quite good" he said and hugged her tightly
"Promise me..you wont let me go..." he cried

Yuuki held her tears. "Never" she said gently patting on his back
"I know!! I will call you Yuri ! Isnt it lovely??
"it's a bet feminine.."
"but you do look girlish.."
"shut up"
