Prolouge-The begining

Crimsons POV

I sighed and looked up at the lakes water.I could see the reflection of the moon above.This was my brother as well as my favorite spot.We used to come here all the time, before..before he well died..

-Flashback-
My brother and I were skipping rocks on the lake water.My brothers name was Dusk.Dusk looked at me and I glanced back smiling.Suddenly a loud gunshot was heard in the distance.We looked at out village.Smoke was rising above it.Dusk looked at me and i could see he was scared.We ran back as fast as we could which was pretty fast even at a young age.When we reached the village I saw a egg shaped..thing laughing and many robots.Dusk and i hid in the shadows. The egg thing looked like it was talking but I could not hear from this distance.

A robot spotted us and told the egg thing.I looked at Dusk with fear.Two robots started heading towards us.Dusk told me to run away before they could take us."W-what will happen to you though?" i asked although knowing the answer already. Dusk looked at me."Go" he said once more.I nodded and ran over to the bush before the robots came.I peeked out and watched silently.Dusk was brought to the egg thing on his knees."Well, well look what we have here.Hmm..you remind me of someone"The egg thing said studying my brother.
I saw my brother growl but say nothing."A silent one it seems, well that will change soon enough." the egg thing grinned.The robots picked up my brother by his neck and dragged him into the ship.After returning they took the other villagers.Among the few I saw my mother and father.

I could not stand it anymore.I ran into the forest on the verge of tears. I went to the lake we were at before and sat down and sobbed.I had just seen my brother,my parents and everyone I ever loved been taken away for who knows what.I heard someone behind me and saw a blue hedgehog."Hey.Are you alright?" he said.I stayed silent and continued to cry. "Are you lost?" He asked. I sniffled and stopped crying."N-no" I said looking at the stranger."Have you by any chance seen a..hmm. A egg shaped person?". I slowly nodded pointing to my village.The blue hedgehog looked over and saw the village."Oh no. we are too late" he whispered.

"Well Im Sonic.Whats your name?" he asked softly."I-its Crimson" I replied with a sigh."Are you from that village?"I heard him say.I nodded half heartedly trying to hold back tear but it was no use.I burst out int sobs remembering what hd happened."Shh.Its going to be ok"Sonic said trying to comfort me.I continued to cry but stopped later and started to fall asleep.
-end of flashback-

Its been seven years since then.I still miss Dusk and wonder what happened to him every day.Sonic announced me as a Freedom Fighter and I had met many new friends.Shadow,Knuckles,Silver,Tails even Amy.Although I think Shadow and i relate the most as we have both lost someone dear.I sighed and murmured"I wish you were here Dusk..
