well I really dont know about this, but what I do know just because they have the same last name that doesn't mean that there related.

We're cousins not siblings because the ackerman name can go back for centuries plus being siblings i'm pretty sure that mikasa's mom would have cheated on her father but she didn't so my best guess is that we're cousin's other than siblings
U never know Levi might of been Adopted
@Mikasa_Ackerman6363 When they showed when Mikasa was young I did not see Levi so he was either brother and sister with Mikasa and he got adopted by another family
