Spend it ...duhhh. Jk:) I would pay of everything for my parents... Them pay for college for me and my bros, then buy lots of stuff, and donate to charity... Yeahhhh.

Give 6 Million or more to my parents and keep some of it, open a bank account and cash the money there and let my parents watch the bank account until I get old enough to take care of it on my own.
