I've been sewing for three years now. Do you use machine or hand? I prefer machine but I also like to use a needle and tread instead of a finger killing serger needle.

aw, well, i'm sure you could start your own class, you'd make lots if there isn't a lot around Minnesota, you'd be great at it!

Oh, I live in Ireland, so of course you wouldn't be familiar with it, but it's cheap yeah, only £5 per lesson : )

It's actually a vintage shop, it does real hippy clothes, feather hats, you know, basically the old and rockin' clothes? Yeah, well they have a sewing course for kids, and I'm 11, and I know the woman from a youth club I go to, so she was real nice to me. The shop is called Hope and Gloria.

Yeah! I'm going to a sewing class on Saturday! Next one of course! But my mom started saying that I liked designing dresses etc and the woman said that at the class, I could design anything I wanted!

LOL! Welcome to the club, I like hand sewing better, as I enjoy it more, I find the machine a little more confusing because the last time I used it for my Halloween costume, it kept stalling and all, but I don't mind at all! I've been sewing for the same amount of time as you!
