The best thing you can do is do something about all the bad things. You can do a bake sale and raise money for a cause you care about. Or you could, for example, donate your hair to Locks of Love. I think you are feeling helplessness, not depression.

Well, first off, your parents are wrong. You should express your opinions and tell the world how you feel. Now, the whole sobbing thing isn't normal. Yes, this world is messed up. Yes, it's hard to come to terms with. Yes, it hurts to know but tears won't make it better. Instead of putting your energy into crying, try making the world a better place! I know it's hard and sometimes all you need is a friend so feel free to talk to me whenever you want

Depression comes in lots of forms. You might want to see a psychologist, or try to meditate!

no i think ur just paranoid and this is coming from a highly depressed person but i also get really paranoid really easily 4 example goin on an airplane it's gonna crash goin on a cruise it's gonna sink goin to a hotel it's gonna catch fire
