1.) When ever you want to cut, binge, or mutilate, grab a pen, or marker and draw a butterfly on your arm/hand.
2.) Name the butterfly after a loved one or someone who wants you to get better.
3.) The butterfly must fade naturally. NO SCRUBBING!
4.) If you cut before the butterfly is gone, you killed it. If you don't cut, it lives.
5.) If you have more then one butterfly cutting kills them all.
6.) Another person may draw them on you, these ones are extra special, take good care See More of them.
7.) Even if you don't cut, feel free to draw a butterfly anyways for support. If you do this name it after somebody who cuts or is going threw a hard time right now.
