It's actually very safe, a lot safer then binders and especially sports bras. Your probably thinking ducttape or improper taping methods, I don't do that. I only occasionally get rashes and it's not often or severe in the slightest. Especially with this latest stuff I got. I've been taping for a bit now and I can safely say it's better then binders.
