-slouch when sitting, either forward or back. Don't cross legs or ankles often
-when walking look up more. Men typically keep their head high chest out when walking
-crossing arms makes them more muscular in appearance
-baggy clothing helps, a lot. And dark clothing helps hide your form
-if you don't have a binder use sports bras, one normal the other inside out
-rings help, chains too
