I'm Quitting The Sonic Fandom

I guess I should explain..

Yes it is true, I am quitting. Although I've admittedly had good times with this fandom and considering that if I quit I'll stop doing like 90% of the things I used to do on this site, I don't care. I did used to love this fanbase and everything it stood for. I made great friends and enemies that literally made me suicidal at points. One of the main reasons I'm quitting it because I just don't feel passion for it anymore.
I don't feel like the Sonic franchise will ever be able to save itself enough for me to get back into it, while yes I do think that Sonic Forces may be a step in the right direction, I don't think that it'll get any better. Sonic is like Mario however to my knowledge Mario's fanbase isn't like t hat of Sonic's. I don't feel like making more Sonic things can make me happy anymore. I actually haven't really enjoyed a Sonic rp in about 7 months to be honest. At the end of the day, after you've done everything, there's really nothing you can do anymore. You get bored. I've just sort of lost steam to be creative for this franchise and trust me, I've tried to actually come up with ideas but you know what?
I'm tired of trying. I'm tired of trying to bring back the old. I'm exhausted. I've moved on to new fandoms, one of which is Steven Universe and I like it. Although I'm most passionate now about creepypastas, not things that are badly written like Jeff the Killer and dear god not Sonic.exe. Actually my favorite creepypastas now are Psychosis and I Dared My Best Friend To Ruin My Life. Another and the much more major reason I'm leaving the fandom is exactly in the name. The fans. I'm sick of how they make me feel and I'm sick of how I've been feeling for years.
I've lost friends because of the Sonic fandom, I admit I was wrong about a lot of things I said and I shouldn't have been so narrowminded but now I see how pretty much 97% of the Sonic fandom is trash and shipping. I don't care about Shadexis, Sonamy, Tailsmo, ect. If I do come back here again, don't expect me to make anything Sonic related. The rest of you 3% of the fandom that is actually decent, respect to you all and keep doing what your doing. Actually I'm working on an Undertale comic on my Deviantart and I'm drawing concept art for it right now. Most likely if I make something it'll be my own thing or something from a fandom I like. I wish my friends the best of luck and l8r h8rs.
