The Fight
s/n asks “how are you older than me again?” I say “don’t make me tickle you!” s/n says “do it I dare you!” I start to tickle her s/n who can’t seem to stop laughing! I ask “who is older again?”between giggles s/n says “you!” I stop tickling s/n who says “well i’m going back to bed now! No more fighting over sweets like children! Night sis!” I smile and say “night kid!” s/n walks out of the room and I say “you got lucky this time sir stabs a lot!”
Jeff shoots me a death glare and climbs into bed! I climb into bed next to him! he puts my eye mask on and drifts off to sleep! I start thinking about the days events and after some while I too drift off to sleep! After I hear someone sneaking around the house so I grab my f/w and wait! s/n opens the door I put the f/w away and ask “what's wrong kid?”
s/n yawns and says “I can’t sleep!” I give a reassuring smile and say “come on i’ll tuck you in! Yet you call me a child!” we walk back to s/n's room and she climbs into bed! I start to hum a song and I see her eyelids get heavy as she drifts off to sleep!
I say “goodnight kid! Sweet dreams!” I walk out of the room and go back into Jeff's room! he asks "what was that about?" I sigh and say "s/n couldn't sleep!" After what feels like only a few minutes I am awakened by this ear piercing scream coming from s/n's room!
Jeff and I look at each other and We quickly get out of bed and rush into s/n's room at full speed...end of chapter eight
