Cry Me a Lake

"Check it out, Maria" Sapphire said gesturing with her head towards the beautiful scenery. "Supernature!"
"More like supernatural." Maria replied, placing two sleeping bags beside a growing pile of camping supplies. She daintily wiped her hands on her dress. "This place reminds me of every horror movie i've ever seen." Amy watched from afar as Maria and Sapphire joked and laughed while setting up their supplies. It took only seconds to realise how close the sisters were, how close all their friends were...and how Amy was an outcast.
"Don't be such a downer," she told herself. "Maybe everyone is being horrible, but Negro might like you, that's a plus." Except she knew that Negro liked Lilli. Amy growled and swiftly strolled past Sapphire and Maria, only to trip and tip over a box of camp supplies.
"Amy, be careful!" Blaze snapped. Tears stung in Amy's eyes.
"Sorry" She choked out. Blaze picked up the box slowly as if showing Amy how to do it. As if Amy was moron. Amy turned to help Blaze and caught sight of Electra rolling her eyes at Jackie. Amy balled her hands into fists and stomped off.

Trinty looked nervously towards the forest next to the camp. Amy felt bad and wanted to comfort her but, how?
"You can sleep in my tent tonight." Amy stated.
"Oh." Trinty cleared her throat. "Thanks? Speaking of we should organise who going to be in whose tents." Amy wound up with Electra, Sapphire and Trinty. Maria, Jackie and Wave were in a tent together. Yamilette was with Lilli, Red and Victoria. After they organised thier tents, Blaze told everyone that they could go swimming in the lake. Eager to cool off the girls squeled and ran to get changed. Amy ran to get her swimming costume but couldn't find it. She could have sworn she put it with her shorts. She glared at the rest of the grils as if wondering if any had messed with her stuff.
"The water is freezing!" Electra whooped. Sapphire and Maria sat on the shore while Yamilette and Jackie started a water fight. Amy just sat on the waters edge watching them and sighing. No one called her. No one had asked her to join in. No one even gave her a second glance. Amy closed her eyes to stop the tears. She heared laughter, water, frogs, crickets and...music. Yeah. The faintest hint of a tune made her open her eyes look look around. It had stopped.

After everyone was finished swimming, Blaze explained that part of their bonding expirence included making dinner together. She and Rouge would supervise the fire while they figured out the 'adventure'.
"A challenge!" Blaze explained. "A scavenger hunt!"
"Cool!" Jackie cheered and all the others mustered a smile. Amy tried to join in but that was the last thing she wanted to do. She just wanted to sit down and cry.
