We're so close...
I decided to leave the house for a while... Crazy right? I was going to the store for a while. I needed a bit more supplies. I grabbed my wallet, locked the door, and went on to the city. I squinted, with the sun hitting my eyes. It was pretty obvious, I hadn't been outside in a while. With a sigh, I continued on with my task. "Merowww~", I heard a cat. I looked to where it was. "A black cat, huh?" I muttered to myself. I never believed in superstitions, I always thought they were silly. I continued on with my path. Just another ordinary day..."Heya there, Eddie!", I heard from nearby. "Eh?, Eddie?" I muttered, confused on who it was. I turned and saw a friend of mine, Stuart Macoy. "Surprised to see ya here, you hardly ever come out of that little shell of yours!" He said with a grin. "Yeah, heh" I replied, hesitantly. Despite how mature Stuart looked, he was quite childish. Not like children who were spoiled brats, but like innocent children who are so rare these days. "I just need some stuff from the shop, it was nice to see you though." I bid him farewell. He waved and, walked off. I wonder, how does he stay so happy? I walked by a small shop. I stopped in front of it. I'd never seen it before. All it had in the window was.....Pencils and pens? "Huh, that's new..." I muttered again. I guess I was in the muttering mood today, but what else is new? I walked on to the store, when I heard a strange voice. It sounded like a person, a little bit....."Ello, there!".... British?
(I'm sorry this was short, I'm just lazy)
