Visits

I walked with my mom to the visit room. It was hard dealing with what I had to deal with. I was only 15. My mother went in first.

She came out shaken. Her eyes where red, as if she had been crying. I walked in. Sarah was looking at the roof.

"Hey." I said. She weakly smiled. "I wanted to volunteer..." I started. "It's ok." She whispered. Suddenly, I had a crazy idea. "We're twins!" I exclaimed.

"Yes..." Sarah said. "I can pretend I'm you, then if I win, you can be you again and pretend..." I

Explained my crazy idea. "You don't have to..." Sarah started. "I kinda do." I said. We had one last hug, the. She walked out the front door. My name was no longer Crystal Emerald. Now, it was Sarah Emerald.

My next visit was this random guy. I recalled that he was Sarah's boyfriend. I hated that guy. He tried to kiss me or something, but my "Crystal" instinct took over and I punched him in the nose.

Then I remembered I was supposed to be acting like Sarah. "This is so over!" He yelled. I shrugged. "I could care less." I replied.

After that, Sarah's best friend came. She read like an entire speech and bored me to death. Then, a lady with electric blue hair and gold eyeliner came in.

"Hello dear! I am Kalee! I will be giving you some advise along the way!" She gave me a giant smile.

I tied my tied my blue streaked brown hair in a ponytail, like Sarah always did. I wasn't Crystal anymore. I tried to remind myself. I found it hard.
