No deaths...yet
Team 1“What are we going to do?!” Spinner asked putting his back against the door. The zombies now knew they were there and were trying to push the door open. Jackie though for a moment, she had an idea.
“Give me the gun; I think I might be able to help us all” Spinner gave her the gun. He walked away from the door and Jackie opened it and ran out.
“JACKIE, WHAT ARE YOU DOING!?” he yelled. Jackie ignored him and shot the ground making the zombies around the door back up. She ran towards the car.
“Let us in!” She yelled
“I can’t help you! They’ll get me!
“Please!”
“I can’t!” Jackie bit her lip she was in trouble now. The zombies were running up to her. She climbed on top of the car and looks down at the zombies.
“Listen up! Get back before I shoot all of you!” The zombies unfazed start to climb onto the cars. Jackie mouths help to her friends who just stand there in shock. Revery grabs a bat close to her feet and charges out into the zombies.
“HEY! OVER HERE! COME ON FOLLOW ME!” She yells. Spinner watches her go. With no weapon he follows her slowly.
“God, they owe me for this” He whispers before also running out. As Revery attracts the zombies her way Spinner helps Jackie down from the car and they run in together with Revery. They shut the doors on the zombies before catching their breath.
“What did the…officer say?” Spinner asked. Jackie shakes her head.
“He won’t help us”
“Hey, hello? Is everyone okay? What just happened?” The walkie talkie began to speak. Jackie takes it.
“We are fine, outside is infested with zombies. Where now?”
“You’re going to have to go the long way around to get to me then.”
“Okay, so where do we go-” Jackie was interrupted as a door opened near them and in came someone panting.
“Who are you?” Spinner askes taking the gun off Jackie. “Where did you come from?”
“The cafeteria! That place is full of those…things! I’m Jacob” Revery smiles.
“Do by any chance know where the boiler room is Jacob?”
“I think so…follow me!” He starts to head towards the courtyard.
“We can’t go out there” Jackie said. “It’s infested!” Jacob rolls his eyes and sighs.
“Fine, let’s go this way then” Revery walks beside Jacob as they head towards the boiler room. Spinner then walks with them motioning Jackie to follow. She shakes her head and catches up with Spinner.
“I don’t trust him…”
Team 2:
“So, what now?” Alexis askes into the walkie-talkie.
“You guys need to get to the lab but you will need gas masks, it’s full of toxic gas. I think they would be in some on the storage rooms.” The three head forward until they came across a sign that read storage. To the left and right there were doors. They could all hear moaning so they had no clue which ones had the gas masks in and which ones had zombies in. Autumn was the first to choose. She picked the door at the end of the corridor…there was a gas mask. She sighed in relief and did a little cheer. Lovely was next she went to the first one…nothing was in there. She bit her lip. She checked the cell next to it. There was a gas mask. She smiled and picked it up. Suddenly a zombie jumped out in front her. She screamed hit it with the gas mask before running out. The zombie chased her.
“Run!” She yells to Autumn and Alexis who once saw her began to run after her. They made it to a room and locked the door. The zombie banged on the door behind them.
“You guys get the masks?” Sapphire asked though the device.
“Yeah, we did!” They all say happily and high five.
“Great! I you all need to put on a gas mask and-
“Hold on! We only have two!” Lovely says sadly.
“In that case one of you will have to stay behind and maybe keep guard”
Everyone looks at each other nervously.
“I’ll stay behind” Lovely says rising her hand. Autumn and Alexis nod and slide the gas masks on before walking into the room. Alexis talks into the walkie talkie.
“What now Sapph?”
“You now have to make the antidote; I can talk you through it. First you should see a couple of bottle in front of you. Take the green one and pour it into a cup or something” Autumn takes a jug and pours a green liquid into to it. The two girls hear a growl from behind them. They turn around to see the top half of a zombie is slowly clawing its way towards them.
“Shoot!” Mutter Alexis “What’s next?”
“Pour in the blue liquid! Then the red one! Ignore the bubbles!” Autumn and Alexis find the liquids and pour them into the jug. It starts to spark and foam start to rise. The zombie jumps and grabs onto Autumns ankles. She jolts almost knocking over the jug and kicks the zombie off. They both run out to find Lovely sitting waiting for them. They all get up smiling and run down a near hallway.
“We did it!!!”
