Fighter to the end

JJ, Lania, Sapphire and Katie all had by now ran back to the HQ. A large heavily defended townhall. They leaped over some sandbags and ran through the door. They slowed down and started walking inside, all they could see were Soliders running around and civilians sitting and lying down. They saw the captain with the other super human team. The super human team was built up of a large 10 foot cyborg, a girl with a robotic eye and a sniper rifle and the other guy just looked human only he had be enhanced to be better. They all came together. "Girls I have a special assignment for you, and you  Glitch" The captain told them.
Lania stepped forward. "This being?"
"Elimitanate or capture Blink" The captain told her.
"Wait Josh? Why?" JJ asked.
The sniper spoke up. "'Cause he's an asshole. Killed our watch guys are the gate so we didn't see this shit coming. That's why Glitch"
"Bullshit Dead Shot!" JJ was on the brink of screaming.
Katie looked at her and then back. "How do we know?"
The cyborg then added. "Sword marks on the body, and they aren't Slayer's" Slayer was the human.
"That's all the evidence you got Buck?" Sapphire questioned.
"This is an order not a debate, deal with this and leave" The captain said walking off.
Lania didn't know what to think. "I guess we go"
"We're going along with this bullshit?" Katie nearly yelled.
"Watch the tone missy" Slayer mocked.
"You stay out of the cocky piece of-" Katie was cut off because at such speed Slayer had drew his sowed,  over up to her and put it against her neck.
Lania grabbed him and pushed him off. "Enough! By now the mutants should have stopped pushing  so hard, Josh and the others may have pulled out, meaning they'll be home. If not then we wait" Everyone looked at one another, giving a shady gaze then changing. Soon then all started heading out, the gunshots had stopped so Lania must have been right.

Meanwhile Josh had just got home and changed. The clothing reveled 4 small glowing blue circles, these were what he used to "Blink". He had two on either side of his upper and lower chest. Walking out of his bedroom he heard the door open again. "Sammy that you sweetheart?" He kept going the down the stairs.
A little girl then replied. "Yeah I was at the shelter!"
They met at the bottom of the stairs and Josh picked up the 10 year old girl. "Good girl, did you see your friends?"
Sammy replied with. "Yeah, we were sharing parent stories"
Now Josh didn't know how to feel about that, he was only 22 and he found Sammy on the streets a long time ago and took her in, his next question was hard to ask. "What did...You tell them?"
Sammy looked up and no smiled. "I said I didn't know my parents, but I have a great guardian to look after me. They didn't believe me when I said it was you" Sammy hugged Josh tightly and looked up after him.
"That was sweet of you. It's nice to know I've done something right" Josh said smiling.
"You're a hero Josh, how could you do something wrong?" She asked.
"Everyone does sweetheart. Remember my EX?" It was at that moment Josh heard shouting at the door. He turned his head to the door. "Sammy go upstairs and don't come down till I come up or you hear everyone leave" He put her down on the stairs. She ran upstairs with no questions asked. The door came flying open with a karge explosion. Josh grabbed his sword from a table, and drew a magnum from his holster. Slayer came running through the door, swinging his sword down. Josh at the speed of light managed to block the and kick Slayer back. Two windows broke on his right. Lania and Dead Shot came through and talked Josh. They handcuffed him and picked him up.
"Hey what the f*ck?" Josh yelled.
Dead Shot punched him in the side and threw him outside, we're Buck put a foot on him. "Sorry Josh" Katie said watching in fear. Buck let Josh go and Sapphire and JJ picked him up slowly. Making sure he was okay. Josh pushed himself off of them and looked around.
"Why this?" He yelled again. But then...An extremely loud roar of pain came by as Gordon came flying over, crashing into a building and lying there...A giant 30 foot Mutant stepped over him and looked down on the teams.
"Tch leave it B team" Slayer said. "Guys take this thing down" Everyone ran behind buildings as, Dead Shot, Slayer and Buck stood and looked at the giant mutant. It let off a loud roar and ran at them.
