Episode 2: Strategies (Chapter 2)
Leafeon sat quietly beside Glaceon and Flareon as the teacher came in. Everyone just called the teacher teacher so we don't need to list a name. Leafeon quietly sat as the teacher listed instructions on the board of what to do and not to da while on the beach and talked about how it was for training. Leafeon grew bored as the teacher seemed to talk and talk and talk for hours, or at least it felt like hours to him. Really it had only been 10 minutes. Leafeon practiced battles in his head and thought of many strategies against different types as the teacher explained to the class that they were going to train and battle at the beach.Leafeon's POV
Uuuuggggghhhh. Our teacher is so boring. Anyway, here I am. Sitting beside Glaceon and staring into space. Then I decide to look over at Duskull to see he's playing with his skull mask. He plays with it, seemingly as bored as I am and then starts eyeing Ralts whom is looking out the window, deep in thought. Her face is hidden by her hair as usual but it seems Duskull's trying to catch a glimpse at her eyes. Rumor has it they're red but not many pokemon get to see her eyes.
I decide to look over at Glaceon from out of the corner of my eye. She's looking at the teacher but I can tell she's not so concentrative on Teacher. She seems to be deep in thought.... probably about strategies. I've been doing that for awhile and I'm even bored of that.
Maybe I should practice Grasswhistle in my head. Yes, as stupid as it is I love using Grasswhistle in battle. My main attacks are Grasswhisple, Magical Leaf, Quick attack, and Giga Drain. I love those attacks. I've also used Roar, Frustration, Rain Dance, Rest, and Sleep Talk. Yahhhh... I used Rest and Sleep Talk once when I was very tired during battle. I dreamed I was battling.... Yah. I know, right? Oh well... I yawn.
Glaceon's POV
Today we're going to train at the beach. I've been practicing all day on my strategies and forgot my book at the bus so being the cluts I am I ran into Leafeon. After that he handed me my book... Then we went to class to hear the teacher babble on about the RULES and stuff. So I decided to think about my strategies and attacks.
I've practiced Icey Wind, Ice Shard, and a little bit of Ice fang but I mostly focused on some other attacks. I'm hoping to level up to 71 on battle today by using my other attacks I've been working on. I've worked a bit on Sand-attack too but mostly on Attract, Charm (Just in case I fight a strong male), and Avalanche. For some reason whenever I practice using Attract in my head I think of some of the other Eeveelutions like... Leafeon... or something. I dunno. Maybe it's because I like to hang out with him? I dunno....
Back to Narration
Just then, as all of the pokemon of the class were bored as ever the teacher finally told everyone to get their stuff and go on to the bus. As soon as that was said pokemon raced for the door and bursted out of the room. Then ran down the hall. The only pokemon who didn't race for the bus line were Ralts, Duskull, Umbreon, Espeon, Leafeon, Teddiursa, and Cubchoo.
Cubchoo sniffed at his cold and walked up to Duskull with Teddiursa.
"Excuse me, Dusklul-" Cubchoo began.
"It's DuskULL, Cubchoo," Duskull corrected as they began to walk out of the door to the line.
"Sorwy, Duskull. Can we borrow your Pokemon Attacks Book?" Cubchoo asked as Teddiursa begged with a puppy dog face and two big begging eyes. Duskull sighed and handed over the book, continuing to walk with Ralts.
Leafeon continued walking and looked over at Umbreon who had a blank stare at the ground as he continued to walk, obviously lost in thought.
"What?" Umbreon asked, continuing his blank stare as Leafeon stared at him. It surprised Leafeon whom thought he was lost in thought and wouldn't know he was staring.
"Oh, uh. Nothing...," Leafeon replyed, as he stopped staring. Soon they were at the back of the bus line. Leafeon knew it'd be a long trip but he didn't mind. Suddenly, he felt someone's breath along his neck as he heard a whisper.
"Maybe today will be 'The Day'?" The whisper said. He immediately knew it was his friend Duskull and also knew what he meant.
"No, no. It probably won't be 'The Day'," he replied, not even taking a glimpse at Duskull as he spoke. He was too busy keeping his eye on the line.
Leafeon and Duskull sit quietly, trying to ignore the twins as they lose themselves in thought once more. Leafeon decides to practice Grasswhistle, considering the bus is very loud and the only one's most likely to be affected would be Duskull and the Nidoran twins. But he just whistles the tune slightly to himself, not affecting anyone... until Duskull hears the tune.
"Leafeon, are you... practicing Grasswhistle? I didn't know you could even hum that tune," Duskull whispered shockingly to Leafeon as he stopped the tune.
"It's just for battle. It's just a tune," Leafeon replyed.
"Yaahhhh... I'm just going to practice using Shadow Sneak and Curse in my head. Don't you have some cool brutal attacks?" Duskull asked, begging to think about his own strategies and attacks.
"Yah, I've got Quick-attack and Magical Leaf. What other cool attacks do YOU have?" Leafeon asked curiously. Duskull thought for a moment.
"Well... I can use Will-o-Whisp. It's one of my favorites. I also praticed hard on Dark Pulse," Duskull replyed. Leafeon thought for awhile and then turned back to Duskull.
"Dark Pulse? That's a new one, isn't it? You learned a new attack?"
"Yah," Duskull answered with a mischivous smile. Suddenly a familiar girl turned around in her seat to greet Duskull. Duskull looked up to see her green head of hair that hid her beautiful eyes and smiled.
"Hey Ralts."
"Hey... So Duskull... You seem very cheerful," Ralts said shyly as her body seemed to warm up slightly.

Fun Fact: The horns on Ralt's head provide a strong power that enables it to sense people's emotions. It is said to appear in front of cheerful people.

Duskull smiles at Ralts as he nodded.
"Yah, I'm happy about going to the beach and being able to use some of my moves."
Leafeon smiled as Duskull and Ralts began to talk about the moves they were wanting to try but then grew tired from the long wait. He felt the sun out and shine through the window onto his leafy body, making him even more tired. He yawned and fell asleep.

Another Fun Fact: When you see Leafeon asleep in a patch of sunshine, you'll know it is using photosynthesis to produce clean air. So just like a plant Leafeon uses photosynthesis.

Around an hour later Leafeon wok up to lots of fresh air and a burning sun. The bus had come to an abrupt stop at the beach. The teacher told everyone it was time to go to the beach causing nearly every pokemon on the bus to run off and out of the bus. Leafeon smiled as he ran off with Duskull and Ralts to a random area at the beach. Leafeon sat down and looked around. Some pokemon had already started battling.
"Hey, Duskull. Want to battle!?" Leafeon asked excitedly.
