Customers must visit the online AeroMexico website to begin the procedure.
Now to sign in to their existing account, they need to enter their login information.
Now to manage booking, they need to press the "my trips" alternative from the main menu.
Enter your reservation or ticket number and passenger's last name, and tap the arrow symbol to search for your ticket.
Now select the reservation you want a refund for.
On Clicking on "request for a refund," a refund form will be generated. You need to fill out the form and mention your reason for claiming a refund.
Finally, click on the submit button.
If your reason for refund is found valid, then you will be refunded within 7-10 business day
