If you could flip a switch that made every newborn child a lifelong heterosexual, would you do it? Why or why not?

If you could flip a switch that made every newborn child a lifelong heterosexual, would you do it? Why or why not?

Just remember. It is not homophobic to not want your children to be hurt by society.

Nah. Diversity is good, and the world would be very boring without it.
Also, even from a scientific viewpoint, the world would be soooo overpopulated. Eeesh.

Cause obviously, everyone has kids.
Please, we´re not reproduction machines...

The kids from adoption centers were reproduced but abandoned. So every kid is actually reproduced.

No. Wanting your children to be like the majority of people wouldn't improve anyones view on society today. Its not the kids fault they were born differently but rather society's fault for not being accepting

No. I wouldn't want to kinda force my kid into being straight. If they're bullied for not being straight, I'll personally fight those bullies.

Personally I wouldn't because no one in this world is exactly the same in personality, looks, sexuality, etc. not one person is EXACTLY the same as another, therefore people should have the right to who they want to be. The world wouldn't be what it is without human diversity, and without human diversity and differences between two compatible people we'd all be sick and bored of each other by the time we were four years old. Besides, love is love and people shouldn't butt in on See More▼

nah im a christian but like i realize normalizing something else would only make things worse for any specific type of person who wouldd otherwise be judged, but even then theres also nice people who dont judge and i think just allowing everyone to exist helps creat those better people many should aspire to be.

NO! first off, i don't like that. second off, we need homosexual couples to raise kids who are in foster car and stuff. without these people the world will over populate. come on we're not that stupid to think that if everyone was "straight" the world would be better. no it wouldn't. there would be kids who have no homes, and people will starve to death because they can't make enough food. So i hope whoever would flip the switch will rethink about what could happen to our world See More▼

If it was like a forced spell, it would be ridiculous. I don´t agree with homosexuality but that´s just..no. No.
If we´re talking about dictating it´s another story. I think it´s unfair to dictate kids to think that they can be a male or female if they want or that they have to think either way that homosexuality is right to not get bullied, which happens too.
I think it´s disgusting that a creature who still is too young to have any will or view, creteria of their own gets See More▼

The way Homosexuals get treated even you can admit can be pretty unfortunate. I am LGBT, however If i could choose I would want my child to be straight so they never need to go through the discrimination I did.
