Why can't u make woozworld quizzes?

I've been wondering, why isn't there a "3 Patti Pakistan" game in Woozworld? It's a classic card game https://3pattipakistan.pk/ , widely popular in Pakistan, and I believe it could add a unique touch to the online gaming scene. Have you tried suggesting it to the game developers?
