What is the difference between a psychopath and a sociopath?

They sound the same to me but I know nothing about psychology or sociology.

Psychopaths and sociopaths both apparently lack a conscience. Both will engage in behavior that harms others with no feeling of guilt or remorse, and rarely consider the risks to others implicit in their actions. i found this on a site, so theres really no difference!
