In Anime which one is the best subbed or dubbed

Dubbed, I don't normally mind if the english version doesn't sound like the japanese version.

Subbed.

I don't personally mind, but for the sake of keeping my attention I choose subbed.
In subbed, I can hear the original version and reading the subtitles helps me focus on the anime, where in dubbed I would have to do stuff with my hands while watching.
