You dream every night, but only in sleep stages 3 and 4 the only way you will remember your dream is if you wake up in the middle of those stages if sleep

I didn't know about the stages,that's pretty cool.I do know that everyone has some kind of dream(s) every night even if they deny remembering it.

I either have dreams or just pitch blackness. I only remember ever having three nightmares to this day. That could change, however.
