I don't know what she did, but as I'm reading the other comments I'm assuming she was bullied which lead her to bulling others, but if she has changed, then yes, she is forgiven!

i know :( by the way your stating it, u probably never got bullied though. it makes you so ANGRY and wanting to hurt the bully. but instead, youhurt random ppl that get in your way.
