I honestly hate when people use names from other fandoms for OCs.
If it's a general name like 'Mike' or 'Sebastian', I get it. But with fandom specific names like 'Flowey' or 'Kafei', don't use those.

Don't change the personality of a character unless they have no canon personality.
Sans is not 'sexy'. He's lazy and chubby. With characters that have little known personality, like Link for example, it's okay to give them a sort of personality, as long as it makes sense with the character.

Gender swaps don't annoy me. Basically, what annoys me is when people gender swap a character and call it their oc.
