one thing about me is that i’m an herbal tea girl. when i can’t sleep i have lavender chamomile tea. knocks me tf out. when dorian had covid and literally couldn’t eat or drink much of anything including medications i sent him peppermint tea and it was like the only thing that actually helped him. for anyone with period cramps i recommend ginger tea, it gives you like a warming feeling and decreases the pain and also ginger helps with stomach pain in general no matter what type. See More also chai is good for a cold especially with honey, its warming and FULL of extremely healthy herbs, also it has a ‘spicy’ flavor that clears your head right up and also it’s j really good every time i had this dorian would beg for a drink
