You're outside near the beach. No one else is with you, it's night time. You enjoy feeling the cold waves splash your feet. Suddenly someone calls your name. "Y/N?!" You turn around to see Shadow. You blush. "Um... hi! You're still up this late?" You ask. "Yea..." He replies. "I couldn't sleep." Shadow continues. "I just like sitting out here to feel the waves." You say. He nods. "I just really need to say something to you..." Shadow says nervously. "Sure! What is it?!" You ask. "Well... uh..." He starts. You wait to hear what he has to say. "Well... it's just that I really..." You keep waiting patiently.

"I really like you Y/N!" He exclaims. At first, you don't know how to react and you just stare at him gaping. "S-Shadow..." You start. Shadow looks away and blushes. "I um... I got you this..." He takes out a small red and black box. You smile and open it. Inside is the bracelet you wanted from the overpriced jewelry store! "Oh my gosh! Shadow!" You exclaim. You hug him. "Thank you!" You say. Then, Shadow kisses you. You spend the rest of the night talking with Shadow and looking at the bright stars from the beach. It was wonderful!

Since the next day is your last day at the vacation place, you promise to keep in touch with Shadow and meet as much as possible!

1 YEAR LATER
Shadow takes you to the same vacation place you met at. You spend an entire day together. At the end of the day, as the stars are coming out... Shadow gets down on one knee. "Will you marry me Y/N?!" He asks.

You can decide whether to say yes or no

A loud crashing noise woke you up. It was dark out now. Another crash. It sounded like it was inside the house. You stood up and walked toward the hallway. You could see a dark glow shining from underneath Shadow's door. Slowly, you walked to the bedroom door and knocked. You swore you heard growling. As soon as you stepped into the room, darkness enveloped you. Shadow was huddled up in bed, surrounded by a black aura. You slowly walked over. Reaching out a shaky hand, you touched his shoulder. He was extremely tense, and writhing like he was in pain. You remember him telling you that he had night terrors. He groaned and mumbled incoherently. You sat on the edge of the bed and began rubbing his back in a circular motion. You made little shushing noises to try and calm him. You looked around. Some items swirled around in the air, others fell to the floor as if gravity itself decided to rip them from their shelves. You heard Shadow mumble. You leaned even closer and rubbed his arm, gently rocking him to try and wake him up without frightening him. You started to feel the darkness in the room thin out. The floating items started dropping one by one. His body stopped shaking as much. The aura faded. “___?” He whispered your name and lifted his head up, blinking and trying to focus his vision. You waved a little, showing him that it was you. He seemed incredibly relieved. He laid there, panting lightly, sweat seeping from his fur. "I'm sorry.” He finally coughed out. “I guess I owe you...an explanation.” You shook your head. You don't have to say anything. He shrugged. “You continue to surprise me.” Are you ok, though? He nodded, still breathless. You reached up and, with the sleeve of your shirt, wiped the sweat from his brow, he seemed to hold his breath for a split second. Did you want me to stay? "You don't have to.” That's not what I asked. He smirked weakly at your sass before falling back into exhaustion. He nodded.

You grabbed your marker and slowly drew a mustache on Sonic! You giggled and walked out of his room slowly so he couldn't hear you. The next day he woke up and looked in the mirror.

Sonic: Did i forget to shave? Or have i just never noticed that?

You: Hey Sonic looking manly XD

Shadow tapped his chin thoughtfully, staring at you.
"The hell you looking at?" You snapped, feeling a bit unsettled at his constant staring. Shadow chuckled a little, and cracked a small grin. Huffing, you stood up to walk away, but Shadow grabbed your wrist. You looked down at him, a little angrily, and Shadow loosened his grip on your wrist, but not before kissing you gently, leaving you blushing in the middle of the hallway.

< You *think* : He picked dare! Shadow picked dare! > < Sonic : Okay Shadow... Pick a card. > Shadow groans and picks a card. < Shadow *reads the card* : Go kiss the person you love. > Shadow blushes. All the guys are shouting or knocking on the table. < Shadow : Okay... I'll do it. > < Silver : She's in Milea's house? > < Shadow : No. T_T > He gets up and goes in the living room... He sees you. < Shadow : What are you doing? > < You : I... Hum... Milea asked me to bring her chocolate chip cookies! ^^' > Shadow looks at you, then at the kitchen. < Shadow *whisper* : Go out! > < You : What? > < Shadow : Go outside! I'll explain to you later! > < You : But... Why? > Shadow pushes you outside. You're now alone at night, in Milea's backyard. < You : Wow. Thanks T_T. > Shadow appears on the other side a few seconds after. You run to him and ask : < You : So... What's going on? > Shadow says nothing. He looks at the kitchen window. < Shadow : The guys are looking at us... Come with me. > < You : Us? > < Shadow : Stop asking questions and follow me. > < You : Okay... Okay... > You follow him out of the backyard. You're in the woods. < You : What now? > Shadow looks at you and grabs your arms. He approaches you closer to his head and... He kisses you.

< Milea : He what? > < You : Sh-Shadow kissed me! > < Milea : On the cheek? > < You : No! A real kiss! > < Milea : ^3^ That's sooo cute... > < You : But I'm mad he did it because of a ''Truth or Dare''... > < Milea : Guys are like this! >
