Everything is silent for a second before Cara retakes control and asks “what do you wanna do?~” Ben asks “you got any video games?” Cara puts me in control and I walk over to a box full of games in the corner. I look back at Ben and say “take your pick!” his eyes get this goofy child like glimmer almost like a kid on christmas! He grabs Mario kart 8 and I feel myself smirk in victory! I ask “Are you sure you wanna play that one Glitchy?”He nods his head then stops when he realises what I called him he locks eyes with me and asks “what did you call me?” I feel the heat of embarrassment washing over me in waves! I put my head down and I am able to stutter out “u-um I” I am cut off by the feeling of someone behind me holding a knife to my throat! I look up to see that Ben was no longer in his place!
I mumble “do...it!” I feel the knife move from my throat and I quickly turn around punching Ben in the nose! He falls from the sudden impact and I kneel down in front of him saying “I said I wasn't going to hurt you unless you hurt me! You hurt me so I hurt you! Now let me fix you up! I’ll be right back!” I walk out of the room and into the bathroom! I grab a rag and get it wet with water then walk back to my room! I see Ben sitting on my bed, nose still bloodied!
I walk over to him and began to wipe the blood from his nose. I say “sorry! I kinda overreacted. I always do!” he doesn't respond. I look at him to see that his eyes are closed! I feel myself faintly smile as I lay him down in my bed leaving a small peck on his forehead. It's already 1:44 in the morning so I’ll let him sleep!
I walk out to the living room and turn on one of my music playlists. I curl up on the couch and close my eyes… After a few minutes of music I hear footsteps walk up behind me. The footsteps walk away then come back and cover me with a blanket. I eventually drift off to sleep
