Saving the Day

Aideen's POV
"He's in there!" The fox girl informs us pointing towards the hotel. I see Harleys head poke out from behind the door.
"I see him! Thank you- erm, we didn't catch your name?" Maria questions the wolf fox. She smiles.
"I'm Kakapo" She mutters taking a sudden intrest in her shoes. Catching Harley's eye I smile and wave him over. I see he reconises me as he grins and runs over catching the zombie's attentions. I growl summoning my fire. I spy Jackie out of the corner of my eye watching me, probably so I don't get out of control again. I heard a scream and spin around to see Laurane kicked zombie butt and dragging Kakapo out of a herd of them. Once most of the zombies were gone I turn to see Harley. He smiles.
"Hiya"
"Hey" I gasp hugging him tight. "I'm so happy you're okay!" We break away once we see the group staring at us. Sapphire coos.
"Shut up" I grumble. Harely laughes and waves.
"Harley, my names Harley"

Laurane's POV
I see a few fuel tanks a little while away.
"Jackpot!" Kakapo walks up next to me and tilts her head.
"Huh?" I point to the fuel.
"Before we got here we had a truck, we had room and more. But no fuel means no miles" Kakapo nods as I head over to them.
"Let me help" She offers picking one up before stumbling and falling. I giggle and help her up.
"Thank you!"
"No, thank you?"
"Me?" I turn towards her. "What for?"
"Saving me, earlier" I pat her arm keeping the same smile on my face.
"No problem, Kak!" I see the wolf fox beam, it's funny, even at times like this, we can smile.

Carlos' POV
We all head back to the truck and jump in. Laurane and Kakapo had found fuel which is great. We all clamber into the back while Maria and Jackie sit in the front. A hum fills the silence, Laurane takes out her mobile and her eyes widen.
"Tundra!"
"Who?" Harley asks.
"Tundra! She's alive! She's in a forest, ugh, with a young purple hedgehog, who can't talk-"
"Lilac!" Sapphire yells. She shuffles next to Laurane and looks at the text beaming. "We are heading there straight away!"
"Sure" I say nodding.
"Here!" Jackie throws a map out the back window and I catch it. "Tell us where to go"

Harley's POV
We arrive outside forest gates and Laurane is bouncing with excitement.
"Get out of the truck! Just leave it! Come on!" Sunni yells flying towards the forest. "If there's survivers we will save them!" I run behind her the others following close behind. We come into a clearing.
"Help! Anyone!" Tundra cries through the fog. Zombies slow surround her as she tries to fight them off with her ice powers while Lilac quivers behind her. I see Laurane growl from beside me before running towards the crowd.
"HEY! YO! FREAKS OF NATURE! OVER HERE!" She screams. What the hell is she doing? "GET YOUR BONEY ASSES AWAY FROM THEM!" Sapphire joins her before they both lash out at the zombies. Soon enough we all join in. Once they were all down Lilac runs to Sapphire.
"My baby.." Sapphire whispers hugging Lilac. "My poor, sweet child" Laurane and Tundra exchanged their hellos before hugging and laughing. We did good today. But we need to find a place to camp out and rest, just until dawn.
