Chapter 1.

Lonely Flower

I am just a flower in a field of roses. I don't stand out that much and the other roses barely notice me except for the few surrounding me. I try my best to keep them smiling while I slowly wilt away. I eventually die off and only a few of them even realize I am gone. Eventually new roses grow in my place and I am forgotten. Nobody will ever remember the flower that tried its best to keep the other roses happy. But that doesn't matter cause the flower is happy that it could at least help so it accepts its fate in drowning in the field of happy smiling roses.
