Chapter 1.

Be Brave

"Mother, why are you so frantic?" asked Liam, a peasant boy.
"Hide Liam! They are coming to get you! This will be the last time you see me. Please, promise me you will be a brave boy!" said Liam's mother.
The king ordered that Rose Gardner be executed for theft. But first, he ordered her kid be killed first. They couldn't find the kid, but ended up killing Rose. Liam watched the whole thing. Liam would be scarred mentally. He would use this as a reason to keep going. A reason to never stop. Liam grew up in the shadows, and ended up becoming a knight. By then a new king had been in reign, and he tried to cheer up Liam. The king was King Henry.
"Liam, I know the previous king killed your mother, so I want to help you. Just give me a chance," said King Henry.
"For all I know, you could kill me right now. Why should I trust you?" stated Liam.
"If I do, I couldn't live with myself. You know that," said King Henry.
"Fine. What are you going to do to 'cheer' me up?" moaned Liam.
"Fame, Glory, Avenging," said King Henry.
"What do you mean?" questioned Liam.
"I will take you on a mission, to avenge your family." said King Henry.
        "What is it?" said Liam

You're welcome! I can go more in-depth (up to several pages), but I feel like that would probably just be annoying. :3
