A Little Bit of...

A little bit of darkness...

Alexandra yawned and rolled out of bed "Ah, another day" She muttered as she got ready "And since I live in the woods I don't have to worry about the sun!" She said enthusiastically and walked outside "Hmm, I wonder where everyone is? That odd cat is almost always out here, and there are usually more people around!" Alexandra exclaimed "I am NOT cute!" Dana yelled at Finny "Oh yay there are people!" Alexandra said "And there's the neko girl!" She added "Sorry..." Finny said suddenly looking depressed "I- w-why are you sad?" Dana asked suddenly looking worried, Brea stood up "It's nothing." Finny said and stalked off leaving Dana bewildered "Wha...?" Dana mumbled then a large shadow was cast over the forest (There was a bit of sunlight before, -- enough to light the forest but not enough to hurt vampires -- now there's none)
Alexandra had no trouble navigating and she easisly got over to the others (Minus Finny who stalked off) "Heyo!" Alexandra said "Huh? Oh hi-hi!" Dana replied going back to her usual sunny self "Eep!" Glimmer exclaimed again and dove back into Dana's pocket "Got a jumpy fairy there" Alexandra said with a laugh "Yup!" Dana replied, Brea was just kind of standing there, she thought several things but she wasn't a telepath so she couldn't get the message across, Brea was almost blind in the darkness but Dana and Alexandra could see fine.

Ari walked outside at that moment "Did I oversleep?" She asked the air "No, the sun has been blocked out by a big... Thing!" A nearby fairy answered making Ari jump "O-oh, meowkay." Ari said and bit her lip "Thank mew!" Ari thanked the fairy and skippped off unknowingly toward Dana and Alexandra, "I sure am glad I can see in this darkness!" Ari said with a laugh

Finny stopped in her tracks when it all went dark "The hell?" She asked confused and a little angry, she couldn't even stalk away right! "Ugh." Finny said and slunk down to the ground next to a tree, she felt something watching her but she couldn't see a thing since it was so dark, she felt something touch her leg and she jumped to her feet "Ah!" She screamed, she knew what was in this forest. She wasn't an idiot and she didn't want to die, but maybe screaming would only attract something WORSE

"Did you hear something?" Dana questioned as she heard Finny scream "Yeah" Alexandra agreed, Ari walked up "Hai!" She said to the two "Hi-hi!" Dana said to Ari "Sup" Alexandra said making Dana laugh "What's so funny?" Alexandra asked Dana, Dana turned into a cat "Mew" she explained "KITTEN!" Alexandra exclaimed and her blue eyes shined with excitement "Meow" Dana said "Yay another neko!" Ari said happily (She hadn't noticed Dana's cat features)
Dana turned normal "I just remembered! I heard something earlier! Like a SCREAM!" Dana said ominously "A SCREAM?!" Ari yelped "Another unlucky person wandered into wolf-shifter territory most likely" Alexandra said (As a vampire it's kind of in her DNA to hate Werewolves and wolf-shifters are this forest's kind of werewolves)
Dana shuddered (Wolves are also related to dogs and as a Neko -- Neko means cat -- she is afraid of wolf-shifters) Ari shuddered too (She is also a neko) "Wolves!" They exclaimed at the same time making Alexandra laugh "There's nothing to worry about... I'll protect you" Alexandra teased "Off track again! I'M GOING TOWARD THE SCREAM!" Dana stated -- loudly -- and ran toward the source of the scream.
