The first mission

It had been 4 years since Josh had joined the private army and he'd made one hell of an reputation.
Josh and his team, Kate, Jake, Ben, Dan and Fred were better ready for their first objective while in a transport VTOL. Josh was standing near the Mark 5 Robo suits.
"Alright! Gear up and ready your selves!" Josh the shouted to the others. They all ran up to their armor and stood in front of it with their backs turned to it. They all hit a button on their right side. Mechanical arms then slowly attached each piece of armor slowly. The armor it's self was an amazing piece of kit it was full metal and had piece's to cover all the wearers body parts. It is used to increase the wearers speed and strength and was strong enough to with stand small fire arms. With their suits on all aside Josh sat in a chair. Josh the grabbed a handle and turned to face the others.
"Alright then so the mission is simple but will be a test of what we can do!" He yelled over the loud sound of the VTOL "The mission is a hostage rescue, the objective is to take out the hostiles but get the civilians out. Does anyone not understand?!" he yelled again.
"NO SIR" They all said after Josh had spoke.
"Good so the plan, Ben I need you on communications and over watch so your staying in the VTOL!" Josh told Ben who nodded back.
"OK so Kate and Jake, your going to be dropped off on a near by roof and you two will provide sniper cover!" He then turn his head and told them "And finally myself and Fred are going in through the main door and straight up" He then looked at Fred who was new but eager.
The VTOL landed and the door slowly opened. Josh walked out followed by Fred. They slowly made their way through the blockade and ran to the main door.
Fred then spoke up "Um sir are you sure this is the best way to go?" he asked and looked at Josh.
Josh looked back placing a charge on the door "Kid your going to be fine the suit isn't there for fun and games and yes I'm sure". They nodded and Josh detonated the charge. They turn the corner.
"Oh and sir how come you use those type of weapons?" Fred said before they went up the stairs.
Josh slowly took one of his sword out with his left hand then took a pistol in the other "I don't know, it's just what I'm good with bows and swords but we need to move" He said back. They made their way up the stairs to the third floor. As they came to the door it suddenly opened and someone walked in. Josh didn't pause. He grabbed the guy by the head and pulled him over the banister.
"Whoa that was close" He said to himself. Fred made his way to the door room were the hostages were followed by Josh soon after.
Josh turned his radio on and spoke into it "Right are we good to go?" he whispered and asked.
Jake came through "Me and Kate are on the roof" he answered.
"Josh I see 13 heat signatures in the room" Ben then came through and said "You have 8 hostages and 5 hostiles"
"Alright Jake, Kate pick a target and fire as soon as we open" Josh said whispering again.
Josh and Fred now stood gun facing the door. Then Josh smashed his foot into the the door. The door went flying open and they rushed in. As so as the door opened Kate and Jake had taken their shots already and two of the hospitals went down. Josh turned to see one right by the door who ran at him with a knife. Josh raised his sword. As soon as the man came to him it was too late. Josh had already sent his sword into the mans shoulder. Josh pulled it out and let the man fall. Fred had turned and saw two left but only shot one. This one dropped to the floor bleeding. The other. Josh turned and saw a young woman being held with a gun to her head. Josh dropped his sword and held his pistol in both hands aiming at the man "Let her go" he said calmly.
Fred then shouted "PUT THE GUN DOWN" as the man still had held of the girl. Josh remained calm and aimed steadily at the mans head.
"Let go of me!" the woman shouted at him.
"Hey one more chance" Josh now was about ready to shoot.
"We have no shot repeat no shot" Kate said in the radio.
Josh squeezed the trigger "Last chance now let her go!" he yelled.
The man still had hold of her and shouted back "OR WHAT?"
Josh then made the dissension to shoot. He pulled the trigger and the bullet came flying out. With amazing accuracy it went straight through the mans head. He slowly let go of the girl and dropped. The girl also fell and landed on the floor. Josh ran over and knelt beside her "Fred get medical team up here and see to the others" he told Fred. Fred then walked off saying into his radio "I need med team up here now!"
Josh looked at the girl as she tried to sit up "Thank you" she said to Josh.
"No problem" He replied like it was nothing.
Josh stood and helped the girl up slowly. As med team came in. josh turned started to walk out and down the stairs with the girl, Fred and the med team with the hostages. They all went out and someone came running to them yelling "Jackie!". They embraced each other. Josh turned his head to them and looked at the boy who had came over who seemed to be mouthing "Thank you" to him.
Josh simple nodded and walked away. He met up with his team.
"Alright that's how we do" Jake yelled as Josh came up.
Josh chuckled "Hell yeah it is" he looked back to see the Jackie and the boy walk off "Well mission success now can we go home?"
They all laughed together and went back in the VTOL. As it took off there were people shouting and screaming and waving at them. Josh and the others waved back but two of the lot suck out to Josh. He saw Jackie with her head on the boys shoulder and they both waved. Josh put two fingers on his head and let off and salute. After they had gone some distance the team walked in and took a seat in the VTOL. They just made a point to anyone who was going to threaten them and they made everyone else feel safe.
