Lost in our fears

Introduction

This is just a little introduction to my story. It will not figure in the main story.



* TOC... TOC... TOC * I hear it, I hear its sounds. * TOC... TOC... TOC * The wait becomes unbearable, I must get out of here, I have to go. * TOC... TOC... TOC... * But if I go, it will find me... * TOC... TOC * The noise suddenly stops. I stop my breathing so hard that I feel that my head will explode. * TOC... TOC... TOC * I feel tears climb me to the eyes. My bedroom door opens. I can't see it, but I hear it. * TOC... TOC... TOC * sounds are becoming increasingly strong. It is very close to my wardrobe, it is very close to me.
  
Killer: Toc toc toc! Are you there?

I go back a few inches. I stick my back against the wall and leaves clothes hide my face.

Killer: Stop playing hide-and-seek! Anyway I already found you…

I hear the gnashing of its nails on the door of my wardrobe. I close my eyes.

Killer: Ready or not, Im here...

The door opens violently. The light of the Moon illuminates all my room slightly, but enough that I could see his face. His hair blood-stained, his white skin which seems to be frozen, his sadistic smile that shows its teeth, and finally his eyes reflecting nothing that staring me.

Killer: Found you! And now, you will have to suffer the consequences...

I close my eyes and pays a few tears. I would like to scream as hard as possible but it wouldn’t help.  

Killer: 3...2...1...

I feel the blade back in my heart. I feel the pain of my skin that opens for a few seconds before I see that nothingness. That nothingness that everyone talks. The same nothingness when you know that your dead.

Reporter: Hello! We announce at the moment that another murder was committed that night in the country! The victim appears to be a young girl of about 13 years old. The police think it’s the same murderer who has killed the other two families last week. This time, the murderer would be passed through the living room window and killed the victim in her wardrobe. Nobody is safe for the moment, we don’t know in which house he will go for his next murder...
