"Attention!" The Commander cried,
"At ease" Chrome said, "Thank you for the work you put in into chasing off the hamans. Now, I want 50% of your forces on leave. While the 50% are resting, the other half will be on high alert. After that, we will rotate the resting team with the working team. Is that clear?"

As people started to file out of the room, Chrome called out, "Samotina, you had something to say?"

Silence filled the room awkwardly as Chrome began to apologize,

As Chrome walked to his quarters, he did some thinking, Samotina is pretty and all, but we're in a middle of a class ten war! We're all that's left of the Earth's Federation forces! We're all that's left! And it's not just about us, Earth will be in danger! Sure since it's a planet all the nations are united and the defenses are strong, but we can't rely on them in case of a power plant failures or international political failures. We have to stay focused. So why did I Accept her invitation? Darn it, knights are supposed to keep their word...
